Check with "B SQUARE" for a mount. 0 -
depending on what vintage your pistol is you may want to consider "IF you Drill and Tap it will really hurt collector value . If it is sort of fair to good condition maybe not much of a hit but if mint condition it will be a BIG hit. I love red dots on target pistols but why not consider a Browning Buck Mark with factory mount. Just my $.02 0 -
If it's the last one they made as shown in this photo, with the stainless frame and ventilated rib on barrel. You can either get a scope mount that clamps on the rib or drill and tap the rib itself.

it is like the one in the pic. i thought maybie i might be able to take rib of and use existing holes for mount of some kind. Dont think i want to drill and tap 0 -
1chig...I have several of these little Colt .22's (originally called the Cadet), and two with stainless scopes. As mentioned, B Square does sell the rail for mounting to your rib so no need to drill and tap. I really enjoy shooting the little guys and could never understand as to why Colt stopped making them. They are great little shooters and very accurate with the bull barrel and all. They are not as accurate as the Medalist's or the Smith 41's I have, but are darn near! Good shooting. 0 -
