Winchester 70 question
I have a NIB model 70 325 wsm that I'm gonna sell on gunbroker. I bought it on gunbroker 3 years ago but did not check with winchester on the gun after I bought it.Anthony Gioco sold the gun as it being from the custom shop. It came nib, box had no end tag, its a custom stock, simply awesome, crpf, matte finish, fluted barrel but NO custom shop mark on barrel. when I called winchester and gave them serial # they say it's a 300 wsm crf, they also admitted that they could be wrong. I'm guessing that it was the only one made, and it looks all winchester factory. does it make the gun worth more or less with the serial #'s screwed up? and how should I list gun? thanks for any info and happy holidays to all!!!

I can not tell you anything about the value. Try to chamber both types of ammunition. If the barrel is marked 325, it probably is 325. 0 -
Either do some more research or list it just like you did here, and let customer make up there own mind. 0
