If you purchased did you use the Platinum White Glove Delivery Service - ie placement in any room in the house up stairs or down stairs?
It almost seems too good to be true but in a chat discussion I was assured this delivery service was available to me in North Carolina.

I have purchased furniture using white glove service and been very satisfied. Others I work with have purchased electronics this way. Should work the same with a safe. 0
