To the best of my recollection, you listed the calibers the micro medallion was chambered for. 0 -

I have one in .325 WSM. I'm not sure if it's called a MICRO Medallion but it's a Medallion and it's a short action same as the ones you mentioned. 0 -
bbdown,
According to the site I have, Browning only made the MICRO MEDALLION in their first series, and it was available in the chamberings you listed plus the 223 and 22-250.
They dropped the Medallion nomenclature at the start of the series II rifles in favor of the Micro Hunter. It was available in all those calibers you listed, less the 284. However, they also added 260 Rem, 270, 7MM, 300, and 325 WSM's.

i do not think these were popular rifles, i bought a micro medallion in 22 hornet back in the 90's right before they discontinued the micro. i didnt like that it was made in japan, but i loved the engraving and rosewood endcaps, the bolts never been in the rifle and rifle is same as it came out of box, gunshow price was around 535 you just dont see much info and of them for sale, would be curious of production numbers on each caliber. beautiful rifles though 0
