what can you tell me about this gun? Was it a latin police gun? Dont see any marks other than trade mark in spanish.

  The trade mark in Spanish has been stamped on all S&W's for about 90 years. Don't recall the details, but it had something to do with preventing the sale of knock-offs made in South America.

  The dash 6 Model 15 revolvers were made between 1988 and 1994.
