i have a 12ga essex shotgun with a broken stock .does anyone know what kind of stock will fit it .it is a break down [?]

I've never heard of the Yidiz brand. IMO the place to start would determining the origin of the gun. Is it foriegn made, or an American store brand name made by an Ameican gun company. Pics might help. 0 -

contact briley.com they have parts and service for some imported overunders. i believe they have parts for yildiz 0 -
As mentioned, Yildiz is a Turkish company.
A quick internet search suggests that Academy Sports is the only US distributor, and they probably won't be able to help you with a stock.
As Robert Smith suggests, Briley is the authorized US service and repair center for Yildiz. That's your best bet.
Alternatively, it might amaze you what can be repaired. Having your stock fixed might work:
