How can I get GB fees back for deadbid auction?

Winning bidder contacts me after the auction is over and wants me to ship Mauser directly to him, instead or dealer, although he does not have C&R or FFL. I wrote in the description that will ship to C&R or FFL. So I want to relist the rifle, can I get back final value fee or whaterever GB calls it? I was not able to find web form to request this. Can you please advise how to request this? Thank you

    I think you'd have to give the winner a chance to get a FFL to you...

    If he doesn't do that within reasonable time, then perhaps do the non paying bidder thing.

    However, auction questions are verboten, so expect this go get locked real soon...

    File a non-paying bidder report with Customer Support. You can access them from any "help" page.

    Depending on the year of the Mauser it could be shipped direct to him as it may be classified antique but that should have been addressed BEFORE he bid on it. Even so a seller may request a more strict guideline such as a C&R or FFL. Contact auction support, there should be a link on the auction side, and give them the lowdown. They should be able to guide you.
