made in spain shotgun

I have a 20 gauge side by side barrel shotgun that I am trying to find information on, It says made in spain and Procomsa Principe-bilbao on top of barrel and on top of the receiver it says Liala, with a pointer dog engraved on silver/pewter receiver??
