Pistol ID? and cal?

    not enough info but i would belive it to be a caliber 6.35 = 25acp,7.65= 32acp, 9mmk = 380acp,, if a model 39 then it is 380 acp caliber

    It's a Czech 32 automatic Model 1924 or 1927 depending on slide cocking grooves angle.
    Picture is needed for determination of condition.

    Horsepucky!, it's a CZ 38, as shown in these photos. It was the last pistol manufactured by the Czechs, prior to the nazi's taking control of their pistol factories. "EZ 39" would be their military proof date.
    It's chambered for the .380 caliber pistol cartridge.
