Is a .450 Corto round safe to fire in a Webley .455 Mark lV or V or VI?

  If your talking about the Italian .45 Short cartridge? It has a higher chamber pressure then the standard .45 ACP, because it has a shorter cartridge case but loaded to identical ballistics to the .45 ACP.
  
  
  I definitely wouldn't be shooting it in the Mark IV or V. Only seldom in the Mark VI. Being that the .45 Short cartridge is rimless. The cylinders on the Webleys have to be reworked for the half moon clips.

  The rounds I was talking about is the Fiocchi Ca. ,450 Corto, there is a rim on that round.

  The Fiocchi .450 ammo is not safe in any Webley.
