MG Stahl
would like to know if anyone knows anything on MG STAHL - i believe its a 16 ga,double barrel,external hammers,double trigers, NITRO under name,cannot find serial #, 16 ga shell do not fit right, a friend though barrels my be demascus, german made, pre WW 1, she offered 3500.00, not sure of value, we will keep it in the family email dmedwards@zoominternet.net and thanks

Nitro = Smokeless powder
It may take shorter shells than we use today, or it could also be a 14ga or another one of the misc sizes that have been made in the past.
Take, and post, clear detailed photos of the action and any visable markings. Also remove the barrels and post photos of any markings you find beneith the barrels and the flat of the receiver0
