GLOCK 17 first generation

Hello,

i ve bin reading a lot but still couldn t find an answer...

can i use a glock 22 slide on a Glock 17 frame(first generation)

or do i need a first gen G22 slide then?

  No, not without cracking the frame. When Glock came out with the 40's, they put a third pin in the frame to strengthen it.
