Remington 1100 value

I have a Remington 1100 LT-20 Magnum. I assume the LT-20 designates the gauge as it is chambered in 20 gauge. It is a full choke barrel chambered for 3" shells. It has a wood stock with one very slight spot of surface rust on the barrel, otherwise in excellent condition. I'd like to know what I could expect for a sale price. Thanks for the help. Ben
