scope mount 4 Pachmayr bullseye box

My old 3 gun grey box is coming out of storage and I'm missing the mount. This one only pivoted up and down and held the scope with nothing but a worm gear clamp type of strap if memory serves. Know where I can find another? I'm not looking for the one at Hebard that swings the scope up.
