I need parts for model 101.25 bolt .410

A friend has asked if I might be able to locate some spare parts for a J.C. Higgens model 101.25 bolt action .410ga.

I know it was produced by Savage, for the Sears corporation, but I can't find anyplace that carries parts.

Anyone know of a place, or even what the Savage model # for this gun is?

He just told me he is missing "all of the internals.."? Said no lift mechanism, trigger guard, stock screw...

Any help would be appreciated!

    I'd take a look at Numrich gun parts (e-gunparts.com). Other than that keep an eye out on the auction side.

    101.25 = stevens 39A or 59A if you did find parts might cost more than worth

    Numrich has a "cross reference" link at bottom of home page, that should tell you the MFG model equivilent of the store brand model.
    You might try "Bob's Gunparts" as well.

    That's kind of what I thought, and told him, but he's still looking.
