    looks like a mod 35 or mod 35 tsrget

    I'm not that up on Stevens but don't believe its a model 35 only because the 35 had a blued frame and this is nickle, unless it could be special ordered.
    The rear sight, if complete, looks not only different but in the wrong location for any model.

    The pictures are not high enough quality to see any marks except serial number [:(][:(]. Does this pistol have Stevens on the barrel any where are these markings and we need high quality pictures or the exact markings. This will go a long way to telling what model. It looks to me like one of the Cheap imported ZINC frame Clones of the Stevens models that were sold in the middle 1960's before the 1968 gun control.

    I believe its a no. 40 bicycle rifle with the attaching iron removed and wood added in its place.

    My ref. book says the mod. 35 came in plated or blue, also they were in 6, 8, 10, or 12 inch barrels. The target mod. 35 had a adj. back sight.
