Chokes question, 17.4, 17.8

Hi, The barrel of a Spanish sxs chokes are 17.4 , 17.8. Does anyone know the equivalent in English? Thanks a bunch

  If I did the math right.
  
  17.4 mm = .685" = extra full
  17.8 mm = .701" = improved modified

  I don't disagree with idahoducker, but I would point out that patterning the shotgun would be the way to tell what the chokes actually are.

  Thank you guys. This helps a lot. Idahoducker, could you please explain how did you match the conversion to inches to the type of choke? Unfortunately, I don't have a way to pattern the gun right now...
  
  BTW, I'm thinking about buying this gun for upland hunting, but I'm concerned extra full may be too much choke for this application. What do you guys think?
