Uzi Model B 9mm

I have an Uzi 9mm carbine in excellent shape on auction. This morning I got a question from a potential buyer that asked if the 3 digits on the end of the barrel matched the last 3 digits of the serial number on the receiver. They do not. I bought this gun in an estate sale and the gun looks unfired. Could this barrel have come with the gun from the factory like that, or has it been replaced? Any help on this is much appreciated.

  I dont think the barrels were numbered to the guns but I could be wrong. I think the only markings on any of mine are date and caliber markings.
