thanks for all the leads i checked out a few and see some french guns that look too have simular markings then i seen a rizzini that had the stock into the reciever patern was the same so i think we are getting closer

Looked like one of the proof marks said St Ettiene, which is the French proofhouse. Which agrees with searches that said Helice was a French brand.
Rizzini is an Italian make, lots of European guns have similar styles, you can't go by that.0 -
FWIW, there are some French made guns, including a Darne SxS I own that were re-proofed using German proof marks during the 1930's Also, it appears some of the shotguns were re-chambered for the 70mm shells during this process. On some shotguns you can find both 65mm and 70 mm on the barrel flats. St Ettiene is the only location appearing on the barrel flats. 0
