receiver sight question

Could someone tell me if there is a receiver sight, or maybe just an open sight that will clamp onto the ruger integral scope rail? Thanks in advance.

  The model is a Ruger 77 Hawkeye. And oh, by the way, I like your comment about Obama. All I can say to that is "AMEN"
