chasing a choke tube thread
Ok, not going to get into details but I have a Silver Pigeon 2 that has some minor damage to the threads. Where can I get a tap to get them straightened out??

Try Brownells but it might be cheaper to call around if you have any gunsmiths in the area that installs choke tubes on older guns .Of course there are many different thread pitches on different makes of guns so take the choke tube with you. 0 -
thanks for the reply. I went to their website and found some taps. Here is the page I went to:
http://www.brownells.com/.aspx/cid=200/k=/t=S/mfg=/Products/Choke-Tube-Tooling
Is the top left one the one I would need? It's a Beretta shotgun.
The picture looks like the reamer, so I'm ASSUMING that it is just a stock picture and not correct......
Any input guys??0 -
