trigger guard

Recently I bought a Winchester M70 .308 fairly cheap. Knowing it had some missing parts. Now I am trying to find these parts but with not much luck. The trigger guard and magazine assembly is gone. Anyone know where I could buy these parts? Serial # is for 1966 era 82****. I do have a couple of gun stores here in Dallas I am going to try next week.

    Hi; I looked in Rifle Parts, but couldn't find it. Does anyone know where I could find a Trigger Guard for a Winchester model 70 long action ? It has to have the drop floor plate. I have had no luck at all looking for one. If this is the wrong forum for this, please redirect me. Thanks as always, Mike

    Try Numrich Arms (e-gunparts.com). I don't know much about this model. But I checked (post 64 M-70)and I think they have your parts.

    You might also try brownells. Their customer service folks have, in the past, been very helpful to me in figuring out just what I needed for a given project. They have for the last several years offered factory parts for various firearms and should have the model 70 parts you need.
