Anyone have the DOM of a S&W model 29-2, sn: N64460

The best I can to is that the N prefix was added in 1969 and the -2 version ended in 1982 so somewhere in there. There are better references but I don't have them. As far as I know there is no definitave breakdown online.

I am thinking around 1974, there is some paperwork in the case with all the tools about a price increase beginning in 1974.

Looks like late '73-early '74 for your 29-2.
