    If you're getting 1/2" groups at 100 you should be under 2" at 200. What scope do you have on your rifle?

    Your difference between 100 and 200 indicates (to me) that your bullets are just barely stabilized (to long (heavy) for the twist rate).
    Shorter (lighter) bullets should solve that problem.

    your rifle is most likely a 1:14 twist in factory configuration. That will not correctly stabilize a 60gr pill. 52gr max for the 14 twist rate.

    The "slinging" of bullets at 200yds is indicative of insufficiently stabilized bullets.

    Drop back to a 50gr pill and see what happens.
