T/C Pro Hunter Question

I have a T/C Pro Hunter with a thumb hole stock.How would you tighten the stock? I know that most guns you take the recoil pad off and tighten with a long screwdriver but with the thumb hole stock will that work?

  Careful when you put those little screws back in - they strip their holes in the wood very easily. I wish T/C would come up with a grip cap that snapped off & on.
