Help needed to identify these parts

  I don't know what the parts are? Doubt they are stainless though, they give the appearance of being bead blasted. In the past I have done this to many parts, it removes rust, dirt & all the original blued finish that was on the part.

  Your observation explains why there is some thing like a polishing compound lodged in some of the parts... Thanks
