Who makes Speer Brass?

Who makes Speer brass? Is it as good as Remington or Winchester?

  Way back in the 1970s Speer brass was made for them by Federal, a dealer here had it from the company rep.
  
  I don't know the current source but ATK owns both Speer and Federal.
  
  My only Speer brass is what I get in range pickups of pistol brass and it loads the same as any other brand.
