1958 Winchester Model 70 3 or 4 receiver holes

This gun currently has bases with 2 holes each. I've read some model 70's had just 3 receiver holes for scope mounting. I'm hoping that this vintage came with 4. Would an expert please confirm

  A 1958 M70 would have had four scope base screw holes from the factory. Two in the top of the receiver ring and two in the receiver bridge.
