223 brass got stuck(again)

anyone else reload prvi partizan 223 brass?
mind you im just getting into reloading but it seems to be impossible for me to decap/resize their 223 brass. i got the case stuck once last week and the threads on the decapper stirpped out in the process of getting the stuck case out. called the local store up and they ordered the part for me and it came in today. i put the new piece in the die and using cabelas brand spray on resizing lube begin to deprime my brass. i followed the directions on the bottle. put a handfull of brass(mabye 15 pieces) in a box sprayed it shook the box around and sprayed it again. i waited a few minutes and put it in my rcbs single stage press and the 2nd damn case got stuck AGAIN. THE RIM PEALED RIGHT OFF OF IT. ive got the tools to fix the problem. but WTH is going on with this? the only thing i can think of is im using a lee collet(thats the piece that holds the case right?) and not rcbs and mabye its not holding onto the rim of the case good enough?
i decapped/resized mabye 100 rds of 308 and mabye 60 of 30/06 without a hitch. but this 223 brass is about to get sent to the scrap pile. fricking stuff is ticking me the hell off. thanks for listening. rant over.

    Get a better lube. Lee, RCBS, and Imperial sizing die wax lubes are all first class products. Spray lubes have never given me what I wanted.

    The only spray lubricant I have found that works also costs the least. I found that the kitchen spray release(aka Pam) works better than anything else I have used, and is easy to use too.

    I use Dillons spray lube and have never stuck a case after somewhere in the neighborhood of 100,000 223's loaded. I have never loaded PRVI 223 but have not had issues with their 303 Brit. I spray my cases like you are describing and then spray a 223 nylon brush and run it into the necks of several cases. I use one of these cases about every 5th case sized. This keeps them from getting stuck for me. I use Hornady "Unique case lube" on my larger caliber cases. Imperial is very good as already mentioned.

    I use Hornady one shot case lube and it works great for me. you just have to make sure you shake it well first. I also sray it on the inside of my die about every 200 rounds.

    i was wondering about that. why not just put a shot of spray up inside the die every now and again? would this be to much lube and damage the shoulder of the brass?

    You need to lube every case. Keep in mind the diameter of the 223 case is much smaller than the 308/3006 leaving less rim to hold onto. I think your lube is insufficient either in quality or application.I have been using the MIdway generic spraylube but it takes more than I like to achieve stickfree operation. Lee grease always works for me but is more messy to apply. I have much more trouble with 223 brass sticking than any other case BUT I've also sized many times more 223 than any other and most of them were from unknown sources.

    Hi joshmb1982--I surely do not know what your reloading set-up looks like, and the lube issue has pretty well been covered, SOOOOOOOOOO---
    I'm going to go where 'mobuck' was. That being that the case heads are different, going from .308, down to .223. If you are trying to use the same shell holder (in the top of the ram), on the .223, as you are on the .308, it's not going to work. Shell holders are very much matched to the case head size. Check that out. HAWKSHAW

    I don't think he is using the wrong shell holder. I tried using a #3 shell holder to hold a 223 case...won't work. Imperial wax is good but on really tough cases I have had issues...best lube I have found is the old RCBS lube...I think they make it out of STP, really slippery stuff.
