Was it a brillant design or a flop. I personally think it was a brillant design and wonder why someone else has not taken it a step further. Yep, it has terrible trigger pull but good American engineering can fix that.
The cylinder moving into the barrel is just plain good design
    , in my opinion. tom

I have 2 of these. Got them for $75 each but no spare cylinder. They have tapered cylinders for the standard 30cal ammo. However I don't know if they can shoot 32 ammo.

Think about this the gun has a 30 cal barrel. The guy says with a 38cal cylinder you can shoot 32cal ammo. I can't shoot 32 cal ammo out of my smith 686.[?]

Experts!! We don't need no stinking experts!!!

Nagant bullet is 0.2950 in dia and .32acp is 0.309 in diameter so I guess you could shoot it as not that much difference in them(* legal disclaimer....do it at your our risk, I am not liable)

You can shoot .32 S&W long out of the factory cylinder also .32 H&R magnums but I wouldn't make a steady diet of such. With the replacement aftermarket cylinder you can shoot .32 acp however most cylinders require some fitting.

So they say. I think it's a misprint. I have 3 and have slugged the bores, and all measured .312 or greater.

I don't think the 32 acp would work in the standard cylinder. Not enough rim. 32 smith and wesson yes, though the case bulges.

Just buy the real stuff for it, and use it like it was designed. The ammo isn't that hard to find, and doesn't cost that much more than the others.

With the real ammo, it is quiet, and fairly accurate, in my experience.

I believe the spare 32acp cylinder requires some fitting to make it work.

I've shot 32 H&R out of my Nagat revolver. The cases balloon out but the rounds go down range just fine.
