I went here: http://www.remingtonsociety.com/ when I had some seemingly un-answerable questions about Remington firearms. What you have is a standard, if limited, model. But since the barrel codes don't match what they have on their chart it might be a custom barrel or special built rifle.
As to the value, no more than any rifle in that configuration $450-$500. As opposed to a regular 700 ADL/BDL of that time period being $350-$450.
Edit:
As I go back and look at the picture you provided the "4" may possibly be an inspector stamp and the 13 may be the assembly number. I don't know how those go numerically. The above link may be able to provide you with that. Anyhow, it may just be 11-67 as we thought all along.
