20 gauge slug range and sights

    not being a wise guy but are you sure you are moving it in the correct direction? It's opposite of a scope

    Actually moved both ways never made any difference , also had three different shooters firing in addition to myself.
    When gun was purchased entire rear sight was loose including the base attached to barrel and had to retighten everything.
    Shots were hitting always to right no matter which way windage was adjusted. Frustrating.
    But just for the heck of it, if hits are to the right which way do you slide it?

    You move the REAR sight in the direction YOU WANT the shot to go if the shots hit to the right move the REAR sight to the left.

    Range? About 100 yds, minute of whitetail.

    With a rifled barrel you should have better accuracy with sabots .
