    If the state you live in allows it, and the local law enforcement signsthe paper work, you can own a full-auto weapon. There is a back ground check and a $200 fee. It takes about 3-4 months to get a OK.

    No the law has not changed.

    There is NO legal full auto's for private sale that were made after 1986. ALL legal full auto guns HAD to be registered prior to 1986.

    No way! The only folks who could possibly qualify to own it would be in law enforcement.

    Selective fire firearms made after the change in the law in 1986 are very tightly regulated. No way any non LEO could get their hands on a selective fire Glock, unless they were a class 3 dealer and they would be able to obtain it as a dealers sample.
