luger stock question

From the condition of the leather and stitching I would guess that it's a repo. Either the dimensions of the stock attachment "iron" are off, or for legal reasons it was diliberity made so that it wouldn't attach to the stock lug on the Luger.

On yours it looks like the "right" side of the metal is smashed near the bottom.

Your iron looks intentionally smashed. I have had reproduction stocks and the metal is good and they function exactly like my originals.
Your iron may be repairable with patience and good tools.
It is a reproduction. I can tell by the wood to metal fit of the bottom tang.
