changing out custom backplate

A litle help needed. i need to change out stock back plate with custom one.How does the plate come out? Does the slide need to be removed or just pop out the back plate[?]

  ARE you talking about the firing pin retainer[?][?] what firearm [?][?] We cant tell by your pictures and your words don't give us enough information [:0][:0][:0]

  The back plate on end of slide on model 26 glock.Yes, it holds firing pin in.I want to change this small plate out with another i purchased. Sorry about lack of info[:I]
