Savage Westpoint Model 474 Series B...HELP ME!!!
I have a Savage Westpoint Model 474 Series B. I have searched on the internet & looked all over to try to find a scope mount for this gun and also to try to figure out what is it worth. It is a 30-30 pump & is in very good almost new condition. It has numbers on the side that I assume are the serial numbers, they are C712322. If you can help, please email me at ccfd40@yahoo.com

"Westpoint" was a Trade Name that Savage used on their economy models. It would be identical to their standard model 170 pump except for the finish and wood quality. Do a GOOGLE search for Brownells Gunsmithing Tools, they carry all kind of scopes and scope mounts. Call their customer service folks and ask them if they have a mount for a Savage Model 170. You might be disappointed though as the Savage 170 series pump rifles haven't been made since the early 80's. 0 -
Weaver makes the #62 one piece top mount base for the Savage Model 170. 0
