Howard Arms Co was a tradename used by Meriden Firearms Company on revolvers as well as a name used on shotguns made by Crescent Firearms Company. The Meriden Firearms company was in business in Meriden, CT circa 1907=1909, manufactured revolvers and rifles and were a subsidiary of Sears, Roebuck & Company.

I'm not sure they are related to any other manufacturers but cannot say for sure since I have no other information on them in any of my references.

According to my reference, Howard Arms revolvers were made by the Meriden Firearms Co in the early years of the 20th Century. It was a Trade Name used on revolvers sold by the Fred Biffar Co. of Chicago.
