Kel Tec PLR 16

Is the Kel TEc PLR 16 legal to own in Missouri? It is like an AR-15 pistol.

  Yes the PLR 16 is legal to own in MO as long as you are legal to posses this weapon. It is transferred the same as a pistol or any other concealable firearm. It is basically an AR-15 pistol chambered in .223. I ordered one in for the store and ended up taking it home to try it out. I was not very impressed with it so I sold it.
