diamondback .22 4"
is it worth 625.00 out the door at a pawn shop? 4 inch 95% only problem is some fool took origianl colt grips off and put rubber hogue on and originals are over 200.00 if you can find them

The $200.00 price tag for factory grips wouldn't surprise me. A short ter "suitable substitute" might be Colt service stocks and a Tyler T grip. Squared off D frame should work fine and probably cost about $25.00. 0 -
It depends on what you are planning to do with it. I have a 4" 38 Diamondback that I bought knowing it had some scratchs on the blueing because I was looking for a shooter. It also had rubber grips. I think I paid about $450.00 5 years ago. I also have a couple of BSS Pythons that I kept pristine because I bought them for an investment. I would love to have a 22 Diamondback for a shooter but cash is tight right now. If you have the cash and want a VERY GOOD 22 shooter, go and get it. 0 -
$625 is the going price for the .22 Diamondback you described. It's a fair price. Too bad about the factory grips. 0 -
If you want to own one of the best 22 revolvers ever made, then that is a fair price. Take a look at the auction side, and see what ones in like condition have sold for, then subtract the 200.00 for the grips, and see where you are at. I am thinking you are going to be close. You don't see these pop up every day...GRAB IT!
