Ruger Single Six
I set up with my buddy at a gun show today. I had an old model single six 4 5/8 barrel. I sold it for 300.00 w/box. The guy buying it said it was a white label box and worth good money. Is this true? I made a few bucks on it and will move on regardless. Just curious. Thanks for the help.

im wanting to buy a 22 mag cylinder for my ruger..do you have to have the cylinder timed by a gunsmith or can i just buy a mag cylinder and put it in..Thanks 0 -
i had one quite a few years ago, and if i recall correctly the "Super Single Six" was a flat top and more steel, less aluminum.
The New Model Ruger SA revolvers are probably the safest revolvers ever made, and they can be carried fully loaded with six cartridges. New Model Ruger SA revolvers only have two screws in the side of their frames. Otherwise the Super Single Six is externally similar to the Old Model guns.0 -
usually the Single Six was just sold with one cylinder , usually in 22LR, sometimes 22mag only
Super Single Six came with both 22lr and 22 mag cylinders0 -

The Single Six is a fixed sight gun.The Super SS has adjustable sights. 0
