Shotgun made in USSR

I bought this double barrel shotgun with external hammers it doesn't say the gauge on the barrel the only thing on the barrel is TO3-66 and on the bottom of the gun there is a made in USSR stamp How much money is it worth and how old is it[?]

  Is it marked USSR or Made in Russia? Big differences in values hinge on your answer.

  What looks like TO3 in Cyrillic transliterates to TOZ in Roman alphabet, this is the TOZ-66 shotgun. It is a kind of basic low end subsistence hunter's double barrel hammer gun.
  According to a Google search, they were made at Tula from 1968 - 1974.
  There was one sold recently on another site for $258, another going begging for $345.
