Can I buy gunpowder and primers in IL ?

Hi I just whant to know if I can buy smokeless gunpowder and primers in IL ?(chicago) thanks.

  You can in IL with your FOID. If you are in city limits of Chicago, I wouldn't even guess. Seems like Chicago would be a safe town with their rediculous restrictions, but one of the worst for murder!

  With a FOID card you can. However, a lot of internet companies will not ship to you in Chicago.

  I live in Illinois and have bought a ton of both over the years...Just not in Chicago. Not sure of the laws in that hellhole
