It's been 10 years, but I wasn't impressed when I fired about 15 different brands/types, etc. in my 10/22. Still, I'd say the wildcats are on par with other inexpensive 22s. I had best accuracy with some foreign made target ammo (Eley???) and that was very very slightly better than Rem Subsonics.

My advice is accumalate a bunch of different rounds; shoot some of each, measure the groups in millimeters (easier); keep good notes and find which are best through your gun. Then, shoot more of the best three or four. Make a decision which is the best value (accuracy/price/availability) and buy a brick and shoot a box for a final confirmation. Buy a second brick if you want.

I followed the above and switched to a higher power scope which improved the accuracy with most brands and had to start over.

By firing 15 rounds intially, you have a supply to repeat the above with 2 other guns without having to buy a bunch of different rounds again.

I realized after posting, that you asked about a rifle and not the ammo. Please disregard my post.
