J.P. Sauer and Sohn mod 200
A friend of mine recently purchased a J.P. Sauer and Sohn Mod 200 bolt action rifle in 30-06.It has a 2 piece stock and no visable screws anywhere for dissembly.How do you remove the stock?I must be dumber than I thought

IIRC, you unscrew the fore-end cap and you need a special long rod which unscrews the barrel. This is also how one can vary the interchangeable barrels (different calibers) but good luck finding replacement barrels. If you email Sig/Sauer they might send you instruction booklet for the later model 202 which is similar. bronsht 0 -
