Starting members (Truthful)

In a recent thread Truthful questioned all the starting member posts about Winchester presumably an attempt to create some sort of "conspiracy theory". I have to say at one point I was a "starting member" asking a Winchester specific question (might have been my first post actually) and the reason I have stayed and read this forum almost everyday is becuase of the level of help and professionalism that was shown to me by the more senior members here (including Bert H.).

Instead of questioning why there are many new starting members I think it would be better to celebrate that there are more and more people getting into our hobby, don't look a gift horse in the mouth by trying to create some conspiracy. I for one apreciate the seasoned members help and insight, my gut tells me almost to a person they are more worried about accuracy and giving good advice then they are about stroking thier ego's.

My advice to Truthful is: If you are a legit new member take some time to see how the forum goes, if you do this then I think over time you will see the great value that some one like Bert adds to the group. The experts forum here on gunbroker is easily one of the most professional hobby forums on the Internet and you will find great value in it if you are a gun collector or enthusiast. If you are simply here to start trouble, you are wasting your time, the people in this forum are better than that.

To all the guys like Bert H and Perry Shooter who always seem to make time for my questions I say thanks and please keep doing so![:)]
