What goes the hole on the rear of the magazine bottom plate? Screw or pin maybe. Are they possibly available anywhere? Thanks

  i think you are talking about the pin that holds the floor plate in place. this was made to be depressed by a bullet tip and removed.

  The magazine retainer snaps into it from the top.
  As 260 stated, it was intended to be depressed with the bullet point of a FMJ military cartridge and the floor plate then slid to the rear for removal of the floor plate, magazine spring and mag follower.
