Reloading dies and neck taper
Can reloading dies have built in neck taper just like they build in body taper on reloading dies?

Normally the neck is squeezed down by the die and most always the nech is like a cylinder then the decapping pin .001-.002 smaller then the bullet this is pulled out of the neck and results in the case small enough to fully chamber and the neck firmly grip the bullet. . if you outside neck ream or even inside ream then when you size the case it will allow the neck to expand to fit the chamber YOU DO NOT want a neck so thick it grips the bullet like a vice when the cartridge is chambered [xx(]Could case pressure high enough to Blow rifle if the bullet is too loose in the cartridge it can be shoved into the case upon loading and this on pistols can also result in high pressure and Kaboom [xx(]. What are you trying to do [?][?][?] 0 -
Its a 4.6x30MM case, the neck has some taper to it...about .002 per side in .200 the length of of the neck. 0
