I take it that this shotgun is in rather good condition. But without pictures any of US pricing a 85+ year old gun would be like . You pricing a 3 bedroom house that is 50 years old . IE it could be a wreak or one that looks like it has never had a pair of shoes on the polished hardwood floors. See sticky on the top of this forum on how to post pictures.

As stated above... PHOTOS!!!

Given that this is a Parker you have a nice shotgun. If in excellent condition you have a VERY nice shotgun.

12ga. will not be worth what a smaller bore gun might bring. This is just a fact as 12's are more common than the very desirable 20's.

Any modifications, any repairs, excess wear, or any damage will impact value downward as you may already be aware.

Let's hope that yours is a fine example of a classic double in excellent condition.

From what I can see you have a fairly early gun with fluid steel tubes. It's DOM can be determined by the serial number. Grade and serial will be found on the watertable. Just remove the barrels and you'll find this info.

My guess is a low grade field gun. Don't get me wrong... Low grade in a Parker is somewhat equivalent to comparing a Bentley to a Rolls. The gun shows a life of hard use, but good care. As such it will be mostly outside the interest of collectors. Value will lie in mechanical condition as a shooter.

Using the "WAG" method in view of the data available... I'd guess somewhere in the $750.00 range.
