What Kind of Scope Mount Was Used?

Remington Model 11 receiver. Something was mounted on it & I'm guessing it was a scope mount. Vertical holes are .5" center to center. Horizontial holes are on 1.5" center total length of 3". Any idea of what scope mout this would have been?

  Looks like a old Weaver side mount base for a scope was used...

  I'm with mrbruce for thr Weaver side mount. A Nydar mounts right on top.
