  1963 (the 7mm was offered right up to the end of the collectable era).

  According to Roger Rule and Dean Whitaker the 7mm mauser was a standard offering in the carbine and target rifle from 1936-1946 and from 1936-1949 in the standard and super grade. There were a few barrels installed in a cleanup of old parts in 1954. This was also true of other caliber carbine barrels. Hope this helps.

  Just as an aside (hopefully not hijacking) to this thread what were the loads Winchester offered and how late were those made to?
